We install several of the top whole house fan brands includes Quiet Cool, Airscape and Tamarack. They are the quiet and energy efficient way to cool a well insulated home. Just open your windows in the evening, and turn on super quiet fan, and then turn it off in the morning, and enjoy a cool home for hours! All of our whole house fan “winterize” themselves every time you turn them off, and none of them are loud like the “old school” large fans that you may have had or heard about. They are a wonderful complement to an air-conditioning system, or can be used on their own.

We install Panasonic bath fans all the time when we are doing an energy retrofit. Because we are tightening up a home for comfort and energy efficiency, we also want good fresh indoor air. A bath fan that is properly vented that also has a motion sensor you can adjust, and a humidity sensor so it runs a bit after your shower is awesome for your indoor air quality.
